DigiProd Pass is Sponsoring the Sustainable Design Awards: A Collaboration for Greater Sustainability
DigiProd Pass Ltd. is proudly sponsoring the prestigious Sustainable Design Awards this year. Sustainable Design Collective presents the titles to recognise outstanding achievements in the workplace sector. Followed by the Sustainable Design Forum, the names of the winners will be announced from 6:30pm (BST) onwards at the Green, Clerkenwell in London, UK, on the 24th of April.
Sustainable Design Awards, initially named the SDC Awards for Sustainability, were first awarded in April 2023 to champion best practice and highlight innovations. This title is now awarded to recognise the outstanding commitments to greater sustainability through practising the best and highlighting the innovations within the workplace.
DigiProd Pass and Sustainable Design Awards
Ensuring sustainable design within the workplace sector demands having the trace of product data. DigiProd Pass Ltd provides Digital Product Passports (DPP), a digital tool that keeps the record of a product across its lifecycle, to the producers, users, and the decision makers. The passport facilitates the endeavours of improving the environmental footprint and circularity. Thus DigiProd Pass advances the mission of Sustainable Design Awards – upholding greater sustainability – through enabling an informed decision-making process.
Award Categories
The awards are given in three different categories, and are designed to champion ‘best practice’ and highlight innovations leading to greater sustainability within the office workplace sector.
- Fit-out Projects: The group, whose determined commitment and combined approach to greater sustainability, including environmental and social purpose issues within all design decisions, are entitled to receive the award in this category.
- Products: Designers of products, focusing on circularity and carbon impact, are awarded in the ‘Product’ category.
- Innovation: In this category, the award recognises the developments, innovations, and initiatives that facilitate greater progress in sustainability.
