DigiProd Pass Ltd. signs MoU with Digital Architect Ltd. to Promote DPP Solutions in Bangladesh

DigiProd Pass Ltd., a UK-based leader in Digital Product Passport (DPP) solutions, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Digital Architect Ltd., a Bangladesh-based technology company, to promote and implement DPP services across Bangladesh. The agreement was signed on 15 September 2025 and will remain effective for five years. The MoU was signed by Sohag Salauddin, Managing Director, DigiProd Pass Ltd. and Intekhab Mahmud, Chief Executive Officer, Digital Architect Ltd.

Under the signed MoU, Digital Architect Ltd. will hold exclusive rights to promote, market, and facilitate the implementation of DigiProd Pass’s DPP solutions in Bangladesh across all product sectors. The collaboration aims to drive transparency, traceability, and sustainability within Bangladesh’s industries by enabling businesses to adopt the Digital Product Passport in line with international standards and regulatory requirements.

DigiProd Pass Ltd. will provide the core DPP technology, R&D investment, project deployment, and technical support, while Digital Architect Ltd. will focus on market development, new business opportunities and client onboarding in Bangladesh.

Commenting on the announcement, Sohag Salauddin, Managing Director of DigiProd Pass Ltd., said: “We have already been working closely with Digital Architect in Bangladesh through major initiatives, including our pilot with BGMEA and the national seminar on Digital Product Passport with the Ministry of Commerce.
