DigiProd Pass Ltd. has achieved certification confirming that its Information Security Management System conforms to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), placing its data protection practices on a formal, independently verified footing. Certificate No. AT-2026-14 was issued by Axipro Technology on 8 September 2026
The certification follows months of dedicated work across the business, including the development and updating of data protection policies, Records of Processing Activities (ROPA), data subject rights procedures, and an assessment of international data transfer arrangements. Together, these form the basis of an Information Security Management System(ISMS) that Axipro Technology independently verified against GDPR requirements.
As GDPR compliance features increasingly in due diligence and procurement decisions, particularly for organisations exchanging Digital Product Passport data across supply chains, independent certification gives DigiProd Pass's customers and partners a clear, verified basis for trust. It confirms that personal data passing through DigiProd Pass's systems is handled in line with UK data protection law, without requiring separate assessments of its own.
The certified ISMS covers how DigiProd Pass handles personal data across all the sectors it serves: battery, automotive, textile, furniture, footwear, and plastics. Customers in any of these sectors can rely on the same certified standard of data protection.
