DigiProd Pass, Indetechs Sign MoU to Drive Transparency and Sustainable Trade in Bangladesh 

DigiProd Pass Ltd. has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Indetechs Software Ltd., a Bangladesh-based software and engineering firm, formalising a partnership that has been growing since 2024.

Under the agreement, Indetechs will handle the technical delivery of DigiProd Pass's Digital Product Passport solutions to manufacturers and exporters in Bangladesh, primarily in the textile, footwear and related export sectors. This includes on-the-ground software deployment, system integration with factory and supply chain data, technical support, staff training and ongoing maintenance, helping Bangladeshi exporters prepare their products for compliance with EU Digital Product Passport requirements before goods reach European markets.

The MoU was signed by Salauddin Sohag, Managing Director of DigiProd Pass, and Ashan Khan, Head of Human Resources at Indetechs.

Reflecting on the signing, Sohag noted that the agreement builds on a relationship the two companies have already established, giving it a clearer and more structured path forward.

Ashan Khan echoed this, noting that the two companies share a common vision around using technology to drive transparency and support more sustainable business practices, which he said makes the partnership a natural fit for both sides.

The partnership supports DigiProd Pass's broader efforts to help manufacturers across sectors such as battery, automotive, textile, furniture, footwear and plastics get ahead of evolving EU sustainability and product information requirements.
